Thanks all. K's not that old; I'll give it a shot.

My concern is, they've changed business names since purchase.

Does that potentially mean the company I purchased from is "technically" out of business; so no company to go back on (although we all know different).

Perhaps if you point out that the principals are the same you might have success. I'm sure businesses change their names frequently when they have a lot of claims against them.
