Hello All,
I just received a email from a company named 1 Source Systems, Inc. who has been receiving calls from our customers! Their toll free numbers are 866-678-3619 + 866-627-2549. If anyone has called either of those numbers, Kamado has not gotten your voice mail or call so please call 1-877-257-6871 for Kamado. Thank you!

And all this time we thought they just didn't care!

Hahahahahaha!

Granted, we are K-bashers here, but does anyone really expect even the fanboys to believe nonsense like that?

Uh, yeah. That's the same phone number you've had since 2004.

Good grief.

You know, this shows just how little Kamado thinks of their customers' intelligence. They don't answer or return their phone calls. Then they try blowing smoke by telling everyone they have been calling the wrong number! That might be somewhat believable if the bogus number that they made up for this "other" company was in some way similar to the Kamado number. Perhaps off by 1 digit, or perhaps with two digits swapped. But those two numbers are night and day different from Kamado's number!! How could you intend to dial the K number and somehow dial those other two numbers? That's like saying that you intended to address an envelope for Washington and mistakenly addressed it to Georgia? WFT??!!!???!!! Any ideas on where those other two numbers came from Laura?

OH silly me! I just figured it out! Those callers didn't follow the RULES AND GUIDELINES!! Maybe Kamado can send all their loyal customers refrigerator magnets with the real Kamado "Toll Free, Answer Free" phone number on them?
