Please, someone help me. Its been over 1yr and i'm still waiting for
my upper grill (i paid for it over 1yr ago)! We're doing 150lbs of
pork for Memorial Day and we're entered in the National BBQ Contest in
June. I really need that grill. Emails to customer service and phone
calls go unanswered. pls, let me know if its coming or if i should
assume its a total loss |
Well Lordhelemt, do we really need to answer that? Sorry, man.

Straight to the delete file! At least back in the good old days the poor guy would have gotten a bunch of lame lies...err..."excuses". He may have even gotten a fanboy or two to tell him that 1 year is not nearly enough penance to pay, and he should patiently wait another few months!
Sorry buddy, you better start working on plan B, it doesnt look like your upper grill will be forthcoming. |

Maybe it's on that boat that was to arrive May 1st, along with my #3 top damper that I ordered May of 2007? |

Kamado admin are being very 'discreet' if that boat arrived as promised! But then I think this has become a side business for them and they might actually be out working jobs. Hopefully they do a better job for their employers then they do for themselves. They have basically become 'midllemen' in their own business since they have relocated manufacturing back to Indonesia.
If you have been waiting this long then it confirms once again that when they re-locate production it does not get more efficient as they promise. This appears to be the same slow pace they had in Sacramento, Indonesia first time, Mexico, Indonesia second time. Actually it might even be slower then when they were in Sacramento. Bottom line is they can't seem to achieve efficiency anywhere and me thinks it is not an issue of efficiency, but lack of funds to keep production going. |

They have no funds other than the deposits they take off their gullible customers! That has been the case for years! |
