I have a vintage Kamado from Japan for sale....
Hi. I'm new to the forum. I have inherited an old kamado from the 60s. It is in awesome shape, other than the fact that the firebox has had it.(I think somebody had it too hot). Because I haven't been able to locate a replacement firebox, and I am not handy enough to modify a new one to fit, I think I should just sell it to someone who can do right by it. I am in the SF Bay Area and have nice pictures to show. Thanks. Anne-Marie

Anne-Marie, would you please find another source to advertise your Kamado. According to the forum rules, this is outside of the goals of this forum. You might try eBay or Craig's list. Thanks

...what a Dick.

Times must be tough in k-land. I can recall a dozen or more people posting the exact same thing, including pictures, with no objections. Now, they have to try to protect even the couple hundred dollars that would be lost to the sale of a 40 year old clay cooker!

I expect you could just about stick a fork in Kamado. The last comment in the Pre Sale catagory that wasn't deleted was from the middle of March. The Kamado Forum is a complete joke, Nothing posted other than fluff. I know anything I might post I'd have to save a copy to post here cause it would be for sure deleted..

Hope someone has archived all the recipes for when they crumble like so much weathered concrete.
