I sent pictures on 9/2 and received a reply from you. I have been emailing sales@kamodo.com since then trying to place an order for the M63 you suggested I use to repair my cobalt blue #7. I would like to repair my grill ASAP.

not heard back from Kamado about this. I was hoping someone from
service might see this message and offer some help. I am aware we are
not supposed to use this forum for service issues, but it has been
nearly two months and I have not been able to use my Kamado.

I am not bashing here and in general have only great things to say
about my Kamado. I have been a happy customer since 2002 and our
cooker has brought me and my family many wonderful meals. Two months
of nonuse is starting to wear on me though

Thank you. I did misspell in my post. The email address I used is correct. I exchanged emails with Richelle and after an initial response from her (the sales email address) that I needed to place an order for the M63 I have not gotten any responses to my emails. I would still like the M63 or a suggestion from anyone on a suitable substitute.


Wow, you really have to wonder how AlanZ can still be supporting Richard Johnson and his krooked kompany after all this time and after all this evidence. We have documented dozens and dozens of posts from kustomers indicating that the kustomer emailed many many times and got no reply. And AlanZ still thinks that they are all mispelling the address? Truly incredible. So, here's one more example of a kustomer getting ignored, and fanboy #1 placing the blame on the kustomer.

Oh, and since today is the first day after the last day of the big SUMMER SALE, (LMAO) I wonder if Davidx will get some service now. Good luck David. We wish you well.

Davidx, today is the last day of the sale and everyone is very busy. They will be available to follow up tomorrow. There is a good substitute that some have used called Rutlands Furnace Cement. Richard would know more about it and maybe others.
If the "M" products are so great why not ask DavidX to wait another day. Probably because they know they won't be ready to take the order then either. Maybe they are buying time to repackage more "R" product into "M" product? I still think R.J. is also trying to put a deal together with Rutland while still secretely distributing their product, stamping his name on it and raising the price. I also suspect M61, M62, and M63 are the same product only with different prices. He may also be adding a little water to one or two of them to thin them down so they seem easier to apply than another? Who knows? This guy is always scheming! Confused

Due to the overwhelming amount of phone calls and emails we have extended the sale as we were not able to reach every person with interest. We also would like to give the extended time to allow final decisions etc. The sale will end at 5:00 pm Friday. Thank you!
