I've been trying to contact Kamado since April 6 via service@kamado.com, later via sales@kamado.com, and finally and most recently via richardj@kamado.com.
I've yet to receive a reply. Are my emails somehow not getting through?
Please advise,

I sent two emails last regarding an unfilled invoice with no response. Sent to both service(hic)@kamado.com and sales@kamado.com.
I must have don't something wrong, please advise. |
Admin, Tony and RJ are all the same person! What's even more amazing is the people who keep trying to do business with them? 
I'll bet that RJ remark really chapped his hide.  |

"They" aren't busy at all with orders! If they were wouldn't we be hearing from all of the new kustomers? RJ spends all of his time trying to cover lies with more lies like how great business is. Sometimes that might even mean getting one inexpensive part out to someone. That would be about all RJ can handle. RMLuis probably just wants one of those krappy new tops or some m-33. I bet BobH has never gotten his tiles either. He might even be suspended along with the Handler and Pedeller. Maybe Bob and RMluis will become the two newest members here soon. It just keeps getting funnier. 
Update: JavaRoaster or RMLuis, Good to know your'e already here. I guess it's to late to help us get the latest newsletter? |
