I am having the same problem. I have emailed service, sales and richard with photos of my problem. I've called and no one answers so I finally left a message today. Does anyone know of a number other than 877-257-6871 or 619-819-5120?

I just sent another email to richardj@kamado.com which is the email address under the admin profile and sent a private message to your admin profile with my email and phone number. I just need a new firebox ring for a number 7.
