I know that the user forum is not intended to address customer service
issues but you have left me no choice. I notice that Richard has
recently posted on the forum so I figured this may be the only way he

Richard - you and I spoke about the cracked tile on the lid of my
Kamado last October and you told me to put some MD62 or 63 and push
the tile down. Well - the tile will not move and I cannot push the
tile at all - it will not move unless I break it. I waited until it
was warmer to see if I can actually push the tile back down and it
will not move. About half of the entire lid has tile that has pulled
away from the ceramic. This has become more than a character flaw or
minor tile remover that would naturally occur. The only way to fix
this is to remove/break apart at least 50% of the tile and start over.
I have been trying to reach you for a month now and you continue to
ignore my messages and pleas for HELP. What's it going to take to get
