BAD NEWS: Our container of Extruded Coconut charcoal (KEC)is almost all sold.
GOOD NEWS: We have another container arriving approximately May 8, 2009.
We hope you can get your orders in ASAP by emailing sales@kamado.com. The prices remain the same excpt our shipper now is R & L Carriers who gives us/you a much lower rate and excellent service.

I know all about good news and bad news. The bad news is I've been trying to purchase 60 boxes for over a month now. I wonder what the good news is when I have been very aggressive in pushing to make the sale happen with multiple calls and emails. As you can see I'm still pushing. |

No - We are in Houston. I got a freight quote from Richelle but but never could get any further. Just need to know how to place the order but can not get anyone on the phone or a call back.
