I just wanted to wish our service men and women a happy Memorial Day.
What are you all planning to cook? I don't have a kamado yet, but I hope to see some pictures anyway. Tomorrow is the biggest BBQ day of the year. I will be at a BBQ so I won't be cooking. Thanks, Case

Four racks of spare ribs @ 230 for a little shy of 6 hours. Oh-my-goodness were they good. I purchased the ribs from a butcher, not the normal Costco package. Yes, they were more money, but they were meatier on the bone and elicited rave reviews. Plump, juicy, tender; they just seemed to be happier in the K than those Costco ribs.
Ribs disappeared before the paparazzi arrived or I could've included photos.

I cooked 4 hamburgers and a hot dog on a $20 grill I bought at WalMart because my K7 is FUBAR and I can't get the good people at Kamado Company to send me the parts I ordered and paid for in September of last year.

This is great! It is as if they have all lost the fear of being banned, and FINALLY, more people are saying what they really feel about Kamado. I swear, there is something wrong at Kamado for these posts to be surviving. |

Richard, let us see your response. Perhaps ASAP means that you are broke, as in out-of-money, and it isn't possible to send a refund. Or perhaps you have some other reason for not responding or sending the refund. Curious customers would like to know. | |
