Within about a week to 10 days of ordering I picked up the entire order at a local shipping company (in NJ). No problems, no stress, etc.... just good customer service and a high quality product. As you can see Dennis at the Komodo Kamado Company Knows how to complete an order in a timely manner and has happy customers. Richard at the Kamado Company does not as shown in the top post. If you ever want to get your order don't order from Richard. |

Funny how those folks in K-land think bad CS is so normal  , it just don't phase the hard-core koolaider. |
