I'm having the same problem. No one will respond. I've been trying to place an order for a gas retro fit kit and pizza stone for over 2 years. I've been trying for a year now to rectify a problem with my damper top- it's falling apart. Won't somebody please help me?

Tony’s mother was flown today to the specialist hospital in Guadalajara for a life threatening operation. Tony left this morning and will be with is mother throughout this dangerous period and not available for telephone or email customer service. Tony is supported by his large family. From my conversation with Tony late last night, he needs all the support he can get as he was, as would be expected, anguished about this frightening journey.

I am sure all of us have Tony and his mom in our prayers and well wishes and look forward to her full recovery and Tony’s cheerful return.

Richard and all of us at Kamado


Leave it to good old RJ to take advantage of this to explain his non-existant service and draw sympathy to Kamado.

Only RJ would screw over people who want to give him money. A successful fraud would take the money before screwing them.
