| I recommend reporting your fraud to the Bureau of Consumer Protection within the Office of the Attorney General, State of Nevada. The address is 100 North Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701-4717. They have the capacity to prosecute this band of thieves. You can contact them by phone at (775) 684-1169. Prepare your documentation well. Retain all emails to and from Kamado, as well as phone records. Go for it!!! |

In 2009 assembly Bill 561 passed by the Governor eliminated the Consumer Affairs Division. You now have to contact the Attorney General Directly.

The Consumer Affairs "office" is within the AG's Department. As of June 30, it had served two subpoenas. |
