Why is it next to impossible to communicate with these people? What after almost 10 years have they not figured out how to answer the phone? "Too busy" is no longer an excuse; at this point it is pure apathy.

There ya go, see our very own Porkchop was there trying to give them a little credit when they returned a call. Porkchop was always trying to encourage the company and the other K owners. See, he's not just a bad seed after all Very Happy

yep. i tried. there was a time i was actually convinced that they would improve things. no more. that was 4 years ago! wow. i really thought my cooker would last a lifetime back then...
