Anybody Home? |

This didn't last long. Funny how they have enough time to monitor their forum and delete posts, but not to answer an email or a phone call.

Your company has e-mails. Your company has voice mails. When might I
expect a response? |

That's because it's much easier to press a delete button than it is to live up to a commitment.
Business is much easier if you don't have to actually deal with customers.
Thankfully, there's a lot less customers these days so they don't have to ignore as many emails and phone calls or delete as many posts. |

For anyone new here wondering what this is all about, I don't think we can emphasize enough that this behavior by the Kamado Company is absolutely the foundation of their customer service! They will not respond to anyone on the forum about the many problems that Kamado cookers have. They will not respond to voice mail messages or emails. If you post to the forum asking them to respond to the emails and voice mails, your post is deleted. You simply cannot win. If you have a problem, there is a 90% chance that you are screwed. (Although recent history has shown that if you post here threatening to contact the postal authorities about mail fraud, Kamado may suddenly and mysteriously become responsive with no explanation. They lurk here to see how much trouble they are in with various authorities.)
You are far better off dealing with the other reputable companies in the ceramic charcoal cooker business which all have good customer service. Even if you have to give up those pretty little cobalt blue tiles, you will be far better off with any other brand. |
