For years, Richard Johnson has been pretending that any lack of response to a customer inquiry is a short term glitch in their long history of outstanding customer service. Yet here we have yet another in the long and steady stream of posts from customers and potential customers showing that this lack of service is business as usual for Kamado:

No one except the fanboys can get Kamado to answer the phone or respond to an email. Not even someone who wants to give them money can get through! And of course, as soon as it is deleted from the forum, like all the other requests have been deleted, we'll be sure to let you know.

Yeah and mst of the Kustomers that haven't been able to get a response from them have been banned/suspeneded from the forum. This is the best thing for this guy..Now they won't respond because they know he will post a complaint when they don't ship to him as promised.

Who the hell do they think they are fooling never answering their phones. Even the most moronic of fanboys should figure out this is a very consistent issue on that forum.

Are the cell phones still posted here? If they are too busy to answer their phones, they must be too busy to get their cell phone numbers changed.

Ok, Laura. Two issues. First, why didn't you bother to answer the phone or check your email? Why did he have to post to your forum in violation of your ridiculous forum rules in order to get you to do something? Second, should he check his email or his private messages? (Glad to see you PM'd him, because so did someone else with an alternative view. Very Happy )
