Calling all Kamado staff. I've been trying to reach you for months. I need a new firebox and a cover for my #7. Patience in shambles, please help. -greg
Even with the announcement of the "New Christmas Sale" Greg can't even get an order in. What a joke. Rolling Eyes

It's funny that there is this common theme among all these posters. A sort of sarcastic resignation. They know that the Better Business Bureau can't help them. They know that their phone calls and emails are being ignored. Their only hope would be a lawsuit, but who can afford to sue RJ over a few hundred dollars? How can anyone seriously read the Kamado forum and still go ahead an place an order? Hell, they don't need a Fraud Forum to warn them. The red flags are all over the Kamado forum. And yet the occasional sucker still places an order.

Greg, we are just waiting for your order. As I mentioned, just email sales@kamado.com. We are not sure what items you would like.

Low_roller. we do not have a record of email or telephone message. Please email sales@kamado.com as this will assure your order has been received and confirmed by following invoice/order number. Thanks
What about Low_Roller's order? Hmmm?

Typical RJ bullsh*t. They ignore their emails and phone messages for months and then profess ignorance and ask the poor sucker to email them. Absolutely typical.

Richard,

I really have emailed sales@kamado.com
Many times, lets see if I can paste in a list. The only reply I ever got was from you Richard and it was a brief discussion about fireplaces.
My order is simple:
I want a rod box for a #7
And a cover for a #7 (not even picky about cover colors)

Great catch Admin. Nobody can possibly be that stupid. They have to be playing a cat & mouse game. The only question is exactly why? Confused

Would someone tell Greg to contact me for a cover.

I have a black Sunbrella cover already made for #7 I'll sell for less than Kamado price.

Thanks,
John

RJ is all over this one, invoice# and all! And hey, obviously Greg is lying since none of his emails over the past year have appeared on any of RJ's 5 computers!

Greg, we have 5 computers around here and I have had all check these dates for any emails from you. We have none nor are there any telephone messages. I do not know what #65532 on the Februry 12, 2008 refers to.

Most important is that you have an order/invoice number. I have asked one of the girls to give you one (No. 10374) for 1 rod firebox and a Navy blue Sunbrella #7 Cover. Someone from our office will email and call to confirm this order. Thanks

Don't hold your breath Greg!

Five computers that don't work and they can't afford to upgrade. If Greg orders from them he will spend the next twelve months emailing about his order like Mcghost and the rest. As for DYS I hate to break the news but the only boat that's in port is a stolen sunken vessel named Nam Sang and your Kamado is not on it. Do you have the feeling that there is some sort of desperation or panic going on with them today? If so maybe they will begin to understand how the kustomers feel. Naaa I doubt it. Wink
