This is typical. Almost every order reported on the forum is missing something:

Originally ordered on 5/28/08, I've been using my new #3 successfully since delivery on October.
Pork butt, brisket, tenderloin roast; all have worked nicely.

Missing from my original order was the lower cooking rack, lower grate, and thermometer. Also have ordered a ribrack.
Invoice 10347 and 10353.
I apologize in advance for using forum bandwidth for this purpose however I've tried multiple emails and voicemails without response.
Can anyone at Kamado please advise on the status of these items.
