I tried again to post a photo (using an IMG link which displays fine in 'preview' mode) but again got this message:

OK - another try..... This is the "parts" report follow-up to my post from a few days ago.
If the new Kamado company (John and Chris) can keep it going they can hopefully start selling good kookers at some point, and I'm sure they know it's a very uphill battle. I wish them the best for two reasons: When I dealt with them on the phone a couple of months ago they seemed to know what they were up against and they seemed sincere about their venture, and, for personal satisfaction reasons, I'd like to see the Kamado name (not worth much these days thanks to the Johnson's) rebuild itself into something. I have a dream that Richelle, Richard and Debra go to their graves knowing that someone took over the Kamado name and made it successful, and not something associated with a criminal investigation. But that's just me.

This is to let everyone know that although it has taken awhile the new Kamado company has come through as promised. I have nothing but praise and good wishes for success for John and Chris. They took a company that was non-producing and turned it around to what I hope for them is a growing and profitable company. YES, they did come through and delivered my Kamado BBQ as promised and I would highly recommend them. My son, as a professional chef loves it!!!

This sounds promising, could you refresh our memory on what you ordered and post some photos of it inside and out. I too have been taken by the Johnson! _________________ Sorry, I have still got this little voice in the back of my head saying "pay no attention to that man behind the curtain".

Ya please do its not gonna be true until someone actually shows them. We have shipped 4 back ordered k's and a ton of replacement parts that have ended up costing us to produce and ship to people on tgis website but nobody give us any credit for what we have tried to do here. we are very glad that you love your cooker and definitely appreciate the kind words.

What I ordered with Richard and Richelle Johnson was a #7 Kooker with all the extras including a cover, on April 28, 2010. They took my deposit and I got nothing until Chris and John took over the business and made it right.

Upload your photos to an image hosting site, such as imgur.com.
