The Johnsons have played a shell game with corporations yet
again, creating a new dummy one for their 'Meridian' fireplace:

I assumed that HPB Products, LLC was in Nevada, and searched the Nevada Secretary of State website:

Shell game is right! Who is even buying Meridians? Maybe GRB could pay them a visit. That whole family is corrupt! R.J. and O.J. need to share a cell out there in Vegas.  |
